Order Tracking

Order status, and map tracking

The concept of the order tracking serving the main goal to supervise the whole order process on a high level, while it undergoes automatically. This will avoid human errors run through the order process. Basically, 3 stakeholders can have the privilege to track the whole Order cycle;

  • At the Partner's end

  • At the Customer's end

  • At the Driver's end

The Partner can only track the Order status, however the map tracking is enabled in case the order status is checked over the "Partner Portal". The Order status will tracked as follows;

  1. Order Submission

  2. Seeking for Driver

  3. Driver assigned

  4. Order is picked-up

  5. Order is Delivering (on the Way)

  6. Order is Delivered

  7. Order is cancelled (if applicable)

  8. Order is closed by system (if applicable)

  9. Order is closed by support (if applicable)

In the meantime, the Customer and the Driver are updated by the status as well as the tracking on map, thus the following details could be provided;

  • The Pick-up location on map

  • The Drop-off location on map

  • The location update of the Driver over map
