Order Processing Time

The time would be taken by the Order to be ready

This Parameter will be included soon at the system ...

The Partner will set a general processing time for all the orders come out from his side. This Processing time will appear to the Customer in case the partner has integrated with Shgardi as Food aggregator, as well.

Depending Business Logic

The Order Processing Time is important factor related to;

• Order Notification, as a warning will be raised to the Partner, enabling the decision makers to take action on the delayed orders

• Assigning Courier, will be based on the Order Processing time and the distance between his current and the pick-up locations.

• Order Cancellation, whenever an order passes this time limit and hasn’t been submitted
