Order Delivery Fees

The delivery fees settings for all the orders came out form specific Partner

The Delivery fees will be paid form the customer to the Partner, as it will be managed as per the following aspects.

All these Delivery fees settings will be determined as per business agreement, in order to be retrieved technically from Shgardi's System through predefined configurations for each Partner

Shgardi can support you at any of the following Delivery fees settings, whether/or;

Delivery Fee Settings

The delivery fees value could be (whether/or);

Variable

The delivery fees could be set in variable mode according to the Distance Traveled, for example

Minimum Distance (Radius)	Minimum Cost	Extra Distance	Extra Cost
6 km	15 SAR	1 km	1 SAR

Fixed

The delivery fees could be set in fixed mode, through determining fixed certain amount of SAR per fixed zone range, through the following method;

• The pre-defined zone ranges (by radius);

As the Partner can determine a set of predefined, fixed zone ranges, in order to act as base for certain amounts of delivery fees, for example;

Zone Range	Delivery Fee Amount
0 km < radius =<5 km	Default value =15 SAR
5 km < radius =<10km	Default value =20 SAR
10km < radius = <20 km	Default value =22 SAR
Radius > 20 km	Default value =each km exceeding 20km will be valued by extra 1 SAR

Otherwise, (whether/or);

_ An exception would be thrown, so that the order cannot be proceeded

_ The delivery fees will be calculated based on distance traveled with minimum distance and extra distance settings

Delivery Fee Retrieval

Shgardi would receive the delivery fees set from the partner to be paid by the customer by either of the following methods;

Set individually per each order

In this case, the delivery fees will be retrieved per order within each process, separately. This delivery fee will be sent to the customer to fulfill his/her payment accordingly, while in the background Shgardi will be calculating the fees as per the aforementioned settings and it will be reflected on the Partner's wallet.

Set once for all the Orders

In this case the delivery fees will be retrieved as per the aforementioned settings over all the orders come out form specific Partner. Shgardi will process the calculation and it will be reflected on the Partner's wallet.
