User Designation

Determine the user whom will be delivered with the order

In this case, the Order is already coming out from the Partner’s side and inserting the User’s details. The system will check the user whether he/she is already registered or not, and permits;

  • The Customer to track the whole order process through the User App

  • The potential Customer to track the whole order process, as well through User URL

Customer is defined to be the end user who is already registered at Shgardi User App, while the Potential Customer who hasn't been registered yet.
