Can the Partner cancel the Order?

Sure, the partner can cancel the Order through Cancel Order API. However, there are some limitations on this process;

• Should me within at most 7 mins. from the Order Submission time

• Should be before the Order Picking up step

Is there any chance to cancel the Order after Picking it up from the Partner's side?

At rare some incidents the Partner will need to cancel the Order from his side after the Picking up. This process could only be managed through Shgardi's Support Team. However, the Partner will be charged the Order Price and the delivery fees, as well.
