Order Cycle

The procedures of the Order cycle

Whenever the Partner, Customer, and Order Details have been collected, they will be transferred to enter SHGARDI’s Order Cycle. Thus, SHGARDI system will consume all the customer and order parameters to be pushed to the driver. In the meantime, the system will update the Customer with the Order following status;

• Order is Submitted

  • Whenever the order is submitted through Shgardi API

• Order is in Process

  • Due to the order processing time

• The system is seeking Driver

  • Within the time taken by the system to assign a driver

• Driver Assigned

  • Whenever the driver is assigned by Shgardi

• Order is picked-up

  • Whenever the driver picks-up the Order

• Order is on the Way

  • Due to the travel time between the pick-up and the drop-off locations

• Order is Delivered

  • Whenever the order is successfully delivered
