Partner wallet transactions management

This wallet contains all the amount transacted of the Partner, whether it is on Debit or Deposit

Debit

This is where all the amounts required to the benefit of;

• Shgardi's

• Customer's (in case of the refund)

Thus, it will be stored as debit amounts on the Partner’s account

Deposit

This is where the Partner will receive the amounts of Order Price from the Customer*.

*In case the Payment method is through the Customer's wallet

Cash-out

The Partner can cash out the amount on his wallet, however 2 main criteria affect this transaction;

• Minimum and Maximum amount

• The Time intervals between 2 successful operations

For example; The Partner has the permission to cash out his/her amount with min. 200 SAR and max. 1000 SAR with minimum time interval between each successful transaction 1 week.

These criteria values will be retrieved by Shgardi's system

While the Cash-out process could be accomplished through online transferring to bank account
